User Responsibility
All users must conduct their own due diligence, verification, and legal consultation before entering into any property transaction. We strongly recommend:

- Conducting physical property inspections
- Consulting with licensed real estate professionals
- Engaging legal counsel for transaction review
- Verifying all claims and representations independently
3. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

- "Platform" or "Service" refers to the Real Estate Portal website and mobile applications

5. Property Listings

1st-house.com does not independently verify RERA registration details. Users are strongly advised to verify RERA compliance directly from the respective State RERA authority before proceeding with any transaction.
User Interactions
We are not responsible for interactions between users, including property transactions, disputes, or any damages arising from user communications.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Estate Portal shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from property transactions or user interactions
- Damages caused by third-party services or content
- Any damages exceeding the amount paid for our services
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Estate Portal from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our platform or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
